Set against the wide-open High Desert landscape, Apple Valley Airport offers an easygoing aviation stop with plenty of room to breathe. The airport serves the Victor Valley and surrounding desert communities, with expansive views, generally clear skies, and the distinctive scenery of Southern California’s Mojave Desert. Whether you’re flying in for a local aviation event, exploring the High Desert, or simply looking for another worthwhile airport to add to the logbook, Apple Valley offers a relaxed change of pace from the busier airports closer to the coast.
EAA Chapter 768 is a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association, bringing together aviation enthusiasts, pilots, aircraft builders, and supporters of recreational aviation. The chapter promotes aviation education, aircraft building, and community involvement while sharing the enjoyment of flight with current and future generations.
